Also, some naturopaths agree with the U.S.R.D.A. Supposedly, even small vitamin companies must comply with this labelling by Jan. 01, 2021.

Yes, in fact I got 2 fresh pineapples (also mangoes, jicamas) on my first trip to mkt since lockdown. Now its pineapple season, i'd get them everyday if I could!

I have setting "last Message" but I am only seeing posts from 2013. Is there more?
Our household is very interested in natural health, my husband studies how to helpus, is 82 on no medication, people think he is early 70s, just herbal teas etc and over-the-counter medication such as vitamin C etc. and I only take a minimum dose thyroid pill.
I study healthful eating habits a lot too - and healthful foods, etc. that can help remedy ailments! I have allergies as it runs in our family. But eating healthfully, and eating what most helps me - improves things a lot! I haven't been to a doctor for over 13 years, so far. In fact, I'm allergic to most medications, I've found!
