Hi Maka...I must admit it has been hard, yesterday i was craving the e-cig, the funny thing is i have not smoked tobacco for nearly 3 years and have used the e-cig to keep me off the roll ups, now i am not smoking the e-cigs, the craving to smoke tobacco again has been so strong, yesterday i was so tempted to buy the e-cig again, but thank God He saw me through the temptation...xox...
Hi Rosemary, I'm sorry it's been so hard

I'm glad that you are showing an interest in the book. I think that with your background you will be able to help a lot of people with it. May God bless you and your work.

I love this quote, it's never too late! Our bodies are truly amazing.

"I continue to be amazed by our bodies' ability for self-repair. ... Our bodies want to be healthy, if we would just let them. That’s what these new research articles are showing: Even after years of beating yourself up with a horrible diet, your body can reverse the damage, open back up the arteries—even reverse the progression of some cancers. Amazing! So it's never too late to start exercising, never too late to stop smoking and never too late to start eating healthier."
