Health Drink. 8 cups of water, 2-3 tablespoons of honey, quarter teaspoon of cinnamon & some apple cider vinegar. drink 3 times a day to cure diabetes. the drink at night before bed does the most work.

Why is there no exact amount of apple cider vinegar to go with the exact amount of everything else...?

Drink 8-cup-size drink 3 times a day? Or, mix it and drink from it (what amount per drink?) 3 times a day?

I don't have diabetes; however, I know people that do. Why is it named 'SWITCHELL'?

because i do not remember. fortunately, it can be looked up. sorry. it was invented in south america. it's purpose was to prevent being thirsty which meant the farmers would have to go back to the house to get a drink. later on it was discovered it cures diabetes. by course, the doctors won't tell they'e patients that. don't know why switched is the name.
