Gluten also ruins your brain and can cause dementia/Alzheimers according to the "Grain Brain" author i just saw on Dr. Oz today.
We keep gluten-free food in the house for guests that need a gluten-free diet

Jesus ate bread when he was here I think there is nothing wrong with wheat unless you are allergic to it or the doctor told you not to eat it.

Oh No!

You mean I beez killing meself chowing down regular on Shredded Wheat and Bran Flakes? It beez my regular diet (with cow's milk & fruit)! And I miss the Wheatabix I used to eat in England. IMHO, complex carbohydrates are needed in the diet. Will He not gather the wheat into his garner, but the chaff He will burn up with fire -- seems to me John the Baptist said summut like that. And I maintain a proper weight with this in my diet.
