I am not that familiar with Kefir. I see it from time to time in stores. What's the story on it? I usually only eat organic foods if I can get them. Thanks
Since you have them in ur stores, perhaps u can try them now. I only read while yogurt is good, this is lots more. The good bac (up to 5) in yogurt stays in our gut a day or so and needs to be replenished, while those in kefir (10 to 35 kinds) stay and multiply, and more so when we consume again. Been trying to contact sources, but i understand this is even easier to make and store than yogurt, wc we make.
