I had given you the suggestion to post this problem in the right area of the forums. New Users is not really a good place to seek technical advice, which is why i suggested posting this problem in User2User instead, since that is what that area of the forums is for.
Also, Doggy gave you links to the Mods profiles to contact them for help. Have you done either of these?

I just tried the chat again but it keeps saying I can't access it. Why? I hope it's not because I don't want to go on the webcam.
