Hey everyone! My name is Faith and I'm Canadian, eh!
Let me tell you a little aboot myself (apparently Canadians say "aboot" instead of "about", but I think that's mostly back East). I live in Vancouver, BC, and a huge Canucks fan (watching a game right now), and am new to Christian Chat. I thought I'd join because I'd like to connect with other Christians. I attend a church on Sundays but I find it difficult to get connected as it's a bit cliquey. I recently turned 30, I'm single (I was married when I was 21, divorced when I was 23), I'm a sci-fi geek at heart, and I pray every day to God for guidance. Ever since I gave my life up to God when I was 23, my life has been a wonderful adventure.
I'm a business manager for a financial advisor during the day and a country music songwriter/singer/composer in the evenings and weekends, so I work a LOT. When I have some downtime at home I'm pretty tired so I like to go online to relax. Hopefully I can meet some cool people here.
