Hello to everyone, I would like to take this moment to introduce myself. My name is Gail and I am a married woman living in New mexico. My profession is in the medical field and I am also skin an wound care certified. I am at heart a country girl and was raised in Colorado, "the snowy state" or some may say "Colorful Colorado".

I am also a Martial artist, or I think I am ,lol. I hold a black belt in both Muay Thai/Tae Kwon Do/MMA I have an instructors certification and love to teach people self defense.

I have been a Christian for over 13 years and love the Lord with all of my heart. He is a huge part of our lives and belongs in every aspect of my life. He has been there for me through out all of my trials and tribulations. There is simply noone else like him.

Being part of this site has been an honor and uplifting experience. I am so glade I have a chance to fellowship and have a close to go to when I need encouragement or a place to escape. I look foward to meeting more fantastic people and developing lifetime freindships with fellow christians. May God bless you all. Gails....

Good morning, Gails! I'm so glad you're here! I have paid for a black belt program with a Tae Kwon Do master in my area, but I am so complacent with my physical self, that I never go! I've gotten to yellow so far!! Maybe with your encouragement and stories about your Tae Kwon Do experiences I'll be more apt to get myself out the door and to the dojang!!!! :)
