Hello I"m new to Christian chat I wanted to get in here in hopes of making new friends and just to have that wonderful fellowship with my brothers and sisters in Christ. I'm a new resident to California, I grew up in Southern Oregon. So having moved from my church and dear family members I"m yearning for that christian fellowship. Hoping everyone here has had a great Christmas and is starting out the New Year well!

I can simpathize with just moving. I just moved in May and it took 3 months to find a church that I felt comfortabe in, but God is so faithful and always has the place for us that he wants us at.

I grew up in the City of Angels...I lived in Alhambra, Duarte, Los Angeles, I also worked for the L.A.County Sheriff's for seven years!! Huge city!!! Don't get lost, and most importantly, give yourself at least two hours to get to work if you're taking the freway!!! :)

thanks so much! yeah I was actually born in South Central L.A. But I moved when I was 8. I dont remember much around that area of LA anymore. Its changed so much in 17 years...
Now you know if you see a lost car with Oregon license plates (soon to be changed to california plates, I promise!) please help the damsel in distress!!!LOL
