Hey, I'm Bruce! I have been raised a Christian, but it wasn't until about a month ago that I started to take my faith seriously for personal reasons. Now that I'm "born-again", I feel great! I am a Metalhead, but contrary to popular beliefs, that does not make me some kind of "Satan worshiper". I don't listen to any "Satanic" metal, but I also don't limit myself to "Christian" bands, as most "Christian" bands only label themselves that way to gain more fans. My favorite artists are: Epica, Amon Amarth, MaYaN, Megadeth, Death, Testament, Nightwish, Delain, and Morphia. Actually, I find that most of the music that I listen to actually seems to promote God, rather than scorn. I know where I stand with the lord, and while sometimes I slip, I am strong in my faith. After the experience I had when I was first truly saved, there is no doubt left in my mind. Now, however, I have noticed that the Lutheran church which I am currently being forced to attend is just a bunch of people going through motions, so I have come to this website for true fellowship.
