Hi John, Greetings in Jesus's name . I am new here, too. Also happy to know that your dad is a preacher. I have (9) brothers and sisters, all saved since 1978. I thank God that there are no 'backsliders among us. We have seen and experience so much of God's power and glory we would be crazy allowing the world to 'pull' us back. God has been so good to all of us, and in all our troubles, he always brought us through. I was born in the Trinidad, lived 15 years in London UK, and now reside in florida USA. I attend a church called Abundant life Christian Center in Margate, Florida. Pastor Rick Thomas overseers. You may be able to watch us on Sundays via 'live-streaming', Services are 8.45 and 11.00 am. You will be bless. Now, you need to attend your Church first. the Bible says. 'Forsake not the assembling of the brethern. Meanwhile , you keep your faith anchored in the Cross, and only the Cross. Do not let the things of the world and especially PEOPLE, corrupt you. There are all sorts of doctrines being thrown around out there,just like the bible say. Glorify God in all you do, put Him first in everything, and He will give you the desires of your heart.You are a young person, and my goodness, the things especially the 'movies' that are portraying Vampires and the likes as fun, is not funny at all, but sadly ,the young and teenagers are hooked on this 'evil'. Just thank God that you are saved.
