Welcome dewdew! I guess if I were to give you a piece of advice about being a Christian (being that you are fairly new) I would say that in your new-found excitement for the religion, try not to dive in TOO fast and bombard yourself with too much questioning and studying. Believe it or not you can get burned out doing it that way…and sometimes asking too many questions causes you to go into the opposite direction from where you’re trying to get to.

Enjoy it, but take it slow. Let the information soak in…take time to get as much understanding as possible before moving on to the next thing. Some things in the Bible you have to read and ponder upon to get a full understanding rather than rushing through just so that you can say that you have read it.

And remember…there are people who have been “Christians” their entire lives and they STILL don’t know everything, and they are still not perfect. So try not to get too frustrated if you don’t reach a certain level of “Christianity” as quickly as you would like; go at your own pace.
