First and foremost you need to ask God to heal you have hurt and pain that will lead to bitterness. I know what you are going through can not be easy and my heart is going out to God for you even now. God loves you more than you know and He is a God of forgiveness, you will not go to hell for divorcing your husband based on his infidelity. Revelations 22:15 doesnt say anything about a woman who divorces her husband being outside the gates...Read it. God doesnt want us divorce because it leads to family problems down the road and marriage is a union of man and woman before God. You need to pray for Godly wisdom and advice ask God what is His plan for you right now in this situation..how can you give God glory and come out as pure gold

I pray you two are going to a counselor that is basing his/her advice out of the word of God...only God can make the crooked paths straight and only God has the power to heal.
