I, have addictions with liquire, smoking, women. A minister at church made me his project, no matter what was going on or who he was with, he,d run over hug me and say hi bud, we went to Tim,s together, ate together at sat, mens breackfast. out of everyone there he chased me. and would allways say Rocky. God does not make junk. He died not long ago. And I feel I Failed that great man. I still struggel to live a christian life, i pray daily. and here i am on here.
Your friend is in Heaven waiting for you right now. All he and any of us want is to meet you there. No one wants that more than Jesus. He died for you to make that possible. Jesus knows we are weak. He is willing to work with us.

Yes, one might find a Christian (or professing Christian) to be helpful and caring, but your "struggel" seems to be about trying to "live a Christian life" while continuing "liquire, smoking, women". It seems you would do well to 1. confess it all to God; 2. get some personal counsel by a Christian therapist; 3. be sure you are truly "born again" by having the Lord Jesus in your heart and in communion with Him all day as John 3:16; John 14:6; Romans 8; etc. A Christian who loves the Lord Jesus must stay in communion with Him for help, care, and the mind of God. We need to get clear of worldly ways. I will pray for you, friend!.
