Health problems sometimes require healthy solutions.
Spiritual challenges require spiritual solutions.
Often the spiritual can cause physical ailments too. I think you are saying in the title that this is one of those kind.
I will post a Link Here that should help walk you through the deliverance of any demon that might be present and provide you with the Holy Spirit through faith in Jesus Christ. This is the most important and requires no effort, but any physical challenges are likely to require some . Take it a step at a time. I and others will pray for you. Please watch this free of distraction and with an open Bible.

I would say to reach out to a local church if this is what is happening to you. I will be praying for my end. I rebuke that spirit in Jesus Name. Remember there is power in the Name of Jesus.
