Not 100% certain why I am here but I am so here goes. I have a question I hope someone can help with. It's a complicated story behind the questin and if anyone is interested I will be happy to explain but I'll toss the question I have out there and see if anyone has thoughts.

Does God use non-believers to accomplish something and can that non-believer be the reciepient of "grace". (I have no better to word to describe it than grace.)

Yes, I believe God would use anyone or anything, for His perfect plan.

Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.

Hebrews 4:16 Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.

Ephesians 1:5 he predestined us to be adopted as his sons through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will.

Absolutely God uses all things to get us closer to Him! As far as grace, the Bible clearly states that you have to accept Jesus! I hope this helps you a little.
John 14:6
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
