Actually the issue was Because of Apple. According to our mod passing along information the issue was concerning Apple (some technical stuff I don't understand) that prevented the site owner from making the app. Not because of your imagined idea that people think "Android is everything" and thus it was never made.

Perhaps asking would've been better than complaining and pouting.

Besides the chat app installation seems to be largely broken. So even what Does exist doesn't really work.
