starting an orginization, could use some opinions

ive been having dreams for a few years now. and i'm finally in the position to help people and start teaching others how to help, i want to start a new group. it'll be local for a while but want it to go national here in a few years, what would you as a christian like to see done in america? will be helping everyone possible as soon as i get this started
