Hi,
Months ago I was a faithful believer and church goer. My mental illness took over and I left the church, I don't know where to start, I have asked god for forgiveness and have been watching Joyce Meyers sermons alot. The city transit in my town in on strike, so I can't get to my church right now. I just want to know if Jesus is mad at me or do I have a shot a relationship with him still?

If even sin can't separate us from God, like it didn't when Adam and Eve sinned, then nothing can :) Also, it doesn't sound like you've done anything wrong.
If you've been saved, your relationship with God is golden as in you aren't going to lose it. At no time do you lose any sort of fellowship with Him once you've been saved :D

And as for God being angry, here's a verse for you:

Isaiah 54:9 - "'For this is like the waters of Noah to Me; for as I have sworn that the waters of Noah would no longer cover the earth, so have I sworn that I would not be angry with you, nor rebuke you.'"

That's how God feels about us in this new covenant we're under. He isn't mad at you, nor will He ever be. He likes you for who you are, and He loves you so much He sent Jesus to die for you.

As far as not going to church, I think that if you can't get to church in the first place, it's fine. Watching a sermon on television counts as church too in my opinion. You don't need to go to a physical church necessarily.

God bless!
Welcome to CC, too, of course :D
