Thanks for the prayers, Lynn. Yes indeed, my back popped back into place overnight. I took 3 500-mg extra strength Tylenol, followed a few hours later by 4 200-mg ibuprofen and a Dilaudid.. Ended up puking because I took it on an empty stomach.. Who knows, maybe throwing up was what popped my back into place..lol :) Now my hip is aching because that too, is trying to pop out of place.. :(
Good news...kinda (not the puking part)...
Hope you are feeling better and I will keep you in prayer!

I've found that I can often pop my back into place by laying down (to take the weight off my back) and squeezing my abdominal muscles... similar to the squeeze they produce when puking.

My back used to go out on a daily basis, until a wise chiropractor determined my right leg was 1/2 inch shorter than my left. This caused my hips to skew and the back to destabilize. Orthopedic shoes to correct this ran $200 to $300 bucks... but I found that by gluing a flip flop (sans the strap of course) to the bottom of my right shoes worked absolute wonders to correct the issue... for only $10 each!

Maybe if we make you laugh hard enough, your back will
pop back.

Praying for you and a bit of light humour.

What do you call a deer with no eyes?

No idea!!!

I know what bad back is I suffer with lower lumbar region scoliosis, but thanks God it been not to bad. Rod also gets bad back and can hardly walk when he gets up from a chair. I pray God will relieve your bad back, sometimes moving around may help if you can, and some pain gel on your affected area. You are so lovely and I want it to be better for you. let us know how you get on. xxx

Do you have a laser or a flashlight nearby? If so, start getting your cat to chase the light. Then you try to catch the cat. Seems to me that ought to pop the back back again.

(Trying to get you to laugh to pop it back.)
