regarding law as per your response above

the entire universe operates under law...the law of physics, thermodynamics, reproduction and on and on and on

God does not limit Himself I think. He limits what He creates by 'law'

I don't know...seems obvious to me
I know right?

Children need direction and instructions and limitations for their own good because they, when compared to their parents, are invalids. Parents are superior in strength, knowledge and power and good parents love their children. Do the children like the "laws" given them for their own good? Mine didn't. But I kept telling them over and over in love for them, and they finally got it.

Unfortunately some children don't have parents that love them. But in this world, we can all choose the one perfect Father and submit our self under His Perfect instructions, and limitations He created "For our own good". And He has given this same instructions over and over to His people since the beginning. Will we like all of them? Of course not, but God is superior both in power and knowledge, and I believe He has my best interest at heart. So I trust Him even when His instructions may cramp my style.

I'm with you, it seems obvious to me.

There are no blessings for keeping the law because no one can keep the law.

This is what judaizers can't grasp. The law is spiritual but WE are carnal. Therefore, anyone who is of the works of the law is under the curse...

The only way to become spiritual and no longer under the curse of the law is to come to Christ and receive Rest.

When we rest in Christ we are not working at our carnal understanding of Judaism trying to re-interpret what we think God meant when He gave Moses the Law.

We rest from our work and our carnal understanding of the Law when we come to Christ. He Perfects us and leads us in His Ways. He produces the Fruit of obedience and Righteousness in our lives.

In no way is any of this earned by our supposed keeping and understanding of the jewish law.

Galatians 3:28-29
28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

29 And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.

I suppose you need to brush up on your New Testament. If there is neither Jew nor Greek, bond nor free in Christ Jesus why would anyone re-separate them and try to say that God has special protection or special blessings for Jews only?

I suppose it is people who don't realize that Salvation embodies ALL of Gods blessings. And this Salvation is in Christ alone.

Do you think that someone who is Saved isn't protected by God?
Do you think that someone who is Saved is having blessings withheld by God due to not worshipping Jewish ancestors?

Do you think I am worried about offending those who practice Judaism or Judaism-lite? No. Christianity offends Judaism. Its just a fact.
Why do you think that you have more power than the words of the Lord?

"Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful." Joshua 1:8 | NIV |

This is a fact, and any study of any people who live by God's law proves it.

Our God is so great, so mighty and loving that He loves us, not on the basis of our law keeping but of our faith. That in no way makes God a liar about keeping the law.

The LORD told the rich young ruler to keep the commandments and HE was talking about the commandments of the law but the bible says that no one can keep the ten commandments so then how do you harmonize "keep the ten commandments" and"no one can keep the ten commandments"sounds like you don't understand what Is meant by the law Is perfect but I am carnal.

That philosophy only works if you pretend there is no new covenant.

Did you get some message from God we didn't get that tells you God was wiped out when God gave the new covenant? Does this new covenant give a destroy message?

I thought it was a positive addition giving updates, not a wipe out order.

The law Is perfect but Paul said he was carnal, sold under sin.Its not that GOD destroyed the Old Testament but we could not keep the law perfectly and GOD will only accept perfection.

God didn't change because we are humans who can't and couldn't keep the law perfectly. There is nothing said in Jer. about anyone keeping or not keeping the law.

Did you think that when God gave us the commandments God gave them expecting the keeping of the law to result in the their salvation? God give blessings for law keeping, God did then. God gives blessings for law keeping, God does now. God has never, ever promised salvation for law keeping. Didn't then, doesn't now. Salvation then and salvation now is based on faith only.

True statements. The law never offered salvation to anyone. All died in their sins. Not until the forgiveness of sins through the blood of Jesus was anyone ever saved.

Matthew 11:28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

Rest from what? Does the Lord Jesus Christ have the authority to give us Rest?

Galatians 3:10-14
10 For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them.

11 But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.

12 And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them.

13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:

14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

Don't you know that the Lord Jesus Christ fulfilled the Old Covenant and installed a New Covenant???

How can you call yourself a Christian without knowing this basic fact? Why would you call yourself Christian?

Do you just pretend that the New Testament doesn't exist?

To be under the law rather than under Christ we must obey every law, if we are under Christ we can go to Him for forgiveness if we mess up but we know how the Lord loves us so He instructs us in how to live well in the world as He creaed it. When we understand that and return that love we listen. Scripture puts it this way "If you love me you will obey----".

All His guidance can be summed up with the word love. In the next world there is no room for people who would harm others with lies, theft, gossip, etc. If we are under the law and not Christ we have no forgiveness, we cannot be allowed to live on.
This is short and helpful I think.

GOD loves righteousness and will only do things righteously so then after adam chose to be disobedient to HIS WORD sin entered the world and man would be required to be righteous In his own strength and so the law was added because of adams transgression meaning man would need to know what GOD’s perfect standard of righteousness Is and although the law Is PERFECT man Is carnal and would not be able to relate to GOD In a condemned condition although It was adam that sinned man would need a savoir to fulfill the law and take power back from satin RIGHTEOUSLY,enter JESUS the TRUTH the WAY and the LIFE.

So then If JESUS had not have came to earth and die on the cross for our sake,we would have been on our own and we would have fallen short of the glory of GOD because of the weakness of our flesh.

GOD accepted the sacrifice of JESUS the LAMB of GOD and now the ISSUE Is faith.

What a LOT of misunderstandings you have!!

For goodness sakes, what does the word fulfilled mean? It is simple. The OT is FULL of Christ, Christ was at creation. Every word telling of Him as we know Him from the life he lived with us was lived by Him. He fulfilled it all. Christ was not a destroyer, as demons who have invaded today's church would have us believe of Him. He tells us so in the gospels, Christ did everything told of Him in the OT.

Again, with the idea of destruction and destroying, the demons have spread that the wonderful new covenant God gave to Israel and lets us partake in destroyed the God of the OT!! They say every promise God made us died with Him, God they say killed it by giving us something wonderful and new. It was a death signal they say, death to all God is if it is told of in the OT.

Isn't it funny how much Galatians explains to the judaizers? If only they could grasp its meaning...

Galatians 2:19-21
19 For I through the law am dead to the law, that I might live unto God.

20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

21 I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.

Any ideas on what Galatians is trying to tell you?

What do you think the sacrificial system was all about? God commanded it. Did you think that God wanted man to go kill animals so they could experience killing? How would you like it if every time you did something against God's law you had to perform as the old commandments told them to?

The idol worshippers also killed to 'feed" their Gods, and for awhile the Israelites did the same. God told them he hated those sacrifices. They were to repent and worship in truth, not in copying idol worshippers.

Life's blood is required for forgiveness, now we have a new system. Christ gave His blood, and it does the very same things that the blood of animals did, only so much more completely and so much better.

But we are NOT to deny God--not the God as we know Him today or the God (eternal God) told of in the OT.

Galatians tells us that we cannot earn our salvation through obedience to law. We must know it is ONLY through grace that we are given salvation.

However!! To say that Paul is telling us that any promise God made for law keeping is cancelled is not right. God cancelled nothing. There never was (as demons who have entered the church try to tell us) a promise of salvation for keeping the law.

If you will take the time to read the book of Psalms it will explain who God is, was, and always will be. It explains grace and law keeping. It agrees with Galatians.

trying to Love Him as He loves us, is our greatest challenge - because, it is a special 'gift',
that only those whom He has called and elected and chosen can comprehend' and
dedicate there hearts/lives to before they die...

You seem to understand but then It seems like you want to help GOD out by adhering to the law which you cannot do perfectly and your human effort will be tested to see what manner It Is of and their will be no reward.
