I borrowed this at the library. I'd really like to see Israel. Now more than ever. The antiquities at the museum there are fascinating. There's a "Pilate stone", that has the inscription that reports Pilate was Governor. And there is a bone box, ossuary, that has the temple High Priest Caiaphas ben Joseph, inscribed.

At a convent on the Street of sorrows I was privileged to see something incredible.

The nuns had emptied out and neatened up what they had always thought was a basement, and I suppose it was used as such, but the floor is the incredible sight.

It turns out it had a section of a street of Jerfusalem from the actual time our Saviour was here. On it was carved some "grafitti" by Roman soldiers. It depicted the "game of kings",that is, how they taunted our Lord saying hal King etc to Him not realizing He is the King of Kkings.

It was in engraved images........and you could tell immediately what it is.

While in Israel I did go to the place of the skull, Golgotha, where our Savior completed all righteousness for us all. It really does resemble a skull. Below the hill there is a garden and in it is a tomb carved out of the rock, that is a sepulcher.

There is a stone slot on the outside for a stone cover to roll within to seal the tomb. It seems to me the stone is gone, but the tomb, along with the slot are carved out of a single large rock outcropping. I went inside and there was a slab , also out of the same rock it was hewn.

Of course the slab is for aBody. I sat at one end of the slab and thanked Jesus for all He did, does and will do. I was not then nor am I now worthy, but I was allowed to have this privilege.

I am not going to say this is the tomb of our Savior, but it fits the entire description an dlocation given inthe Word..........God bless all in Jesus Christ, amen.
