Hi Dan. I think Blue didn’t specifically have a question for you but merely “agreed” with Jewels “???” comment. It seemed as though she agreed with Jewel as she wanted clarification around your comment too.

But I could be completely wrong and correct me if I am Blue, but that’s how I understood it. Just a misunderstanding, that’s all 👍🏽
THIS RIGHT HERE.. Thank you Mel.. :)

As they sing the lyrics so the song goes into the Christian Contemporary Genre - Yes they are praising the Lord in them. But the good news is now you do know of them as it is you also know Christ Jesus! Awesome stuff huh?!! I loved the "Broke" song too...

we can consider releasing a balloon up to the sky for God to catch it
.
That sounds like an interesting way for people to get their prayers answered. Write them on a piece of paper, put the paper in a plastic bag, attach the bag to a helium filled balloon and let it go outside.

Do you think God would catch it?

grant me the grace to do one thing at a time today <-- in this context, what does "grace" mean?
.
Perhaps you might try focusing on Jesus all day today by filling your heart with "Psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs", and then asking Him each moment how He would have you spend that moment in His grace and for His glory.

My best example of what grace means in the way we relate to others is simply to reflect Jesus to them. The ONLY way we can know how Jesus would react to someone (including ourself) is by getting to know Him better by spending time with Him in prayer, interacting with Him through the Bible, and spending quality time with those who know Him well.

(Regarding the milk and meat discussion, this is something that I consider both milk and meat.)

THIS is precisely why I rarely ask biblical questions on here. No one ever gives me a straight answer for my questions. They always give me roundabout answers, which don't even actually answer whatever I want to know.
.
I have a clear Biblical answer for you, Blue: "Yes".

Now you need to ask the right question. ;)

It has its similarities that's for sho. :)
I don't see you as a misfit toy at all. Whether on this island or not. Nor do I see anyone that way but that's just me in Christ I guess or as you put it your good man.
I always enjoyed that part of Rudolph when he goes to that island with the little dentist elf. What I really meant about this is that we should not conform to the ways of the world, and if we chose to not conform then we would be considered misfits. Actually those on that island are survivor types doing the best that they can with what God chose to give them in the hopes of a brighter tomorrow. I consider myself very much a 'misfit toy' in this regards. Anyway, Rudolph had his photo opportunity and shot of redemption and he came through with flying colors. That little dentist elf did alright also. He can give you a shot to numb the pain before the procedure.

Not gonna argue about this, but I DID post both your and Jewel's quotes in their entirety.. Nothing was distorted in what I said, because it was quoted verbatim.. Funny how you PM'ed her to clear matters up, but did not PM me to do the same..

All you had to do to clear this up was post this ^ post last night when Jewel responded with "????" in response to your quote "as seasoned Christians we should do the opposite".. :):unsure:

There was no question asked and you did misquote me at first then corrected it and said you never did misquote me or her. I was just stating the facts as they occurred. What I discern will be what I am accountable to God with. This has already been worked out - it was never an issue with me to be honest. It was only a correction in the meaning behind the original wording is all. We are all on the same page I hope...

The "all you had to do..." comments - I need not absorb according to my Lord and King for I responded in kind to my Lord in this matter... I am happy we are all on board by way of the same Spirit - I hope. Let us continue to move onward and upward ... ;):)(y)

Good Morning! It is good to have a new day shine on me even as I start a new work week ... Its ironic - I was reminded in prayer today that we have to be for God's purpose, and God cannot explain His purpose until it happens. As God graces me up today for todays unforeseen purposes (by me; but not God) for this Monday - God will grace me with His purposed need to fill me for the here and now of the day - tomorrow may need less and yesterday may have needed more of God's provisions to get me thru - but today is where I now live so onward and upward we go - right - each and every one of us. Into our fields and valleys He has prepared for us in advance to meet His will head on. It will be 96F degrees today - God graced me up with one more spoonful because of it I am sure...LOL :p:):geek:...

Gracie I will have to hunt down new songs you know most everything I listen to already - but I accept the challenge! Weeeee ...
