Today, having some left-over flat noodles, I tried an experiment.
I put them in a tomato salad with green olives, olive oil and vinegar,
a little oregano,, oh and some cheese, Gouda I think. Salt and very little
pepper.. (very little cheese.)
It was truly refreshing on this hot day here in Spain. The flat noodles were
an overage from beef stroganoff yesterday, and you probably could make
many variations on this. It tastes good, and goes down light.
