Very recently I found my bread was coming out lousy. I had always liked my bread for me at least.
Then my dugh for flour tortillas also began to get a little wonky.

I would think, it must be the yeast, then with the flour tortillas, well it must be the flour.

Well, I recently discovered the ral reason for it. I began making these items abut 40 years ago, and I am not in my seventy-fifth year. I was the culprit. I guess with "time" I am not quite as diligent or as strong in kneading doughts.

I obtained a hand mixer with dough hooks, and now my bread and my flour tortillas are back to an upper class quality. Praise God for this discovery. Dough hooks are very easy to use, and now I am having my tacos and sandwiches again with relish.....figuratively and in the sandwiches...

I sure hope this helps someone somewhere. God bless all in Jesus Christ.
