I really should try that as my bones ache a lot sometimes. I really don't worry about calories though.
You might to get some Glucosamine and Chondroitin supplement too. They sell it everywhere including walmart. I once had knee problems and it seemed to help them heal.

My mom has taken this for years and said that it helped her greatly. Darlene takes it too. I think that I will get with the program and start my own regimen. Thank you for the tip Zero.

I had moose once, very tough and chewy.
Wow, that is sad. The moose I have had as always been tender. Of coarse both location was in MT and WY. Were they are hunted and processed regular. Pretty sure even when I visited MN. I've had it ground, in steak and roast forms. All very good. I was the cook though. Not sure why you had that experience. Up North Moose is a priced commodity. It feeds a family a long time.

The moose was shot in Michigan (not by me). Probably cooked wrong. Had rabbit once too and yes, it tastes like chicken. So do frog legs.

I mistakenly got 2 big bags of ground tumeric because they said only the purest forms of it work..some of the pharecutical ones are so manufactured they dont do much help..thing is..the tumeric was so strong tasting i could only diguise it partially in scrambled eggs..i shouldve gotten capsule forms to put the powder in...

Not sure about spicing up your scrambled eggs with this stuff. I believe that I have read somewhere that turmeric is good supplement to reduce inflammation. This is another one that I will consider trying.

My son come for a visit, while passing through. He had a choice of supper. I offered steak. He chose slop. So Slop is what's for supper. Will have to post pic after it's made. I haven't made slop in along while. Strange how kids have their favorite home meal.

What's y'alls favorite meal that was cooked at home when you was kids?

Anaheim, Cali.
Drive in movie food. Dot dogs on a stick, soft pretzles, cracker jacks and a nice root beer [float if dad was in a good mood].
