Hi I am older now in life and I have almost no friends. Maybe 1 and no couple friends. There are christian women in the neighborhood but they are clicky. I don't seem to fit in anywhere. I know I am awkward when around people and thats probably why they dont like me. No one seems to like me or my husband. I suck at relationships and so does my husband. I can live with it...... but I don't want it to happen to my kids.
I want them to be blessed with great relationships since I will never have that. Please pray for all my kids to have great close lasting relationships between our family and with their friends. In Jesus name ..thanks for praying

Are there any Mom's groups you could join? Even one at a different church?
It would be great if you could find a small group of ladies to hang out with and get to know (even if you feel awkward! That might go away as you get to know them).
I'll be praying for you. :)

Greetings Kim. I have to agree with TamLynn - look into opportunities to become more active in your church. These potential activities may provide you the opportunity for personal fulfillment as well as friendship. Additionally, or althernatively, you might consider opening the doors to discovering your own hobbies. Given that you are familiar with the world wide web internet, there are lots of opportunities for you to explore different 'meetup' groups amongst a wide range of interests to select from... You may even discover someone from this cc who may live nearby and would be glad to meet you for coffee... Praying for you to find your peace. God Bless

I suck with relationships too but I do have a good relationship with my wife. I will pray for God to guide the kids into meaningful relationships with the right people.

Thank you ..I did join a ladies small group. I do feel awkward but I am continuing to go.

Thank you yes meetup is great. I play music and use meetup alot my hobby is music and it is majority men though

Good for you! Sometimes it takes awhile to feel comfy.
In fact, there may even been someone there feeling just as awkward as you. :)
