Here is the abridged approach for those who grow weary of my drawn out ramblings, lol.
I think it serves us best to trust Him enough to walk in His victory in all areas and circumstances of our lives.
For the peeps willing to sacrifice half their day, whilst I go on about this truth, here is the unabridged approach, lol.
Ughing and sighing at a poor and weary spirit. I have not been feeling quite up to par, and it seems to have toxified my attitude a wee bit too. Don't hear me saying that my attitude is solely resulting from my minorly diminished health, but just that my reactions and responses seem to be lining up alongside the state of my body. So my countenance, physical and mental can often work together, but also can thrive together too.
The uplifted state is what I reach for, and so my thoughts I will renew, hoping my body will too walk in His victory. I take a full breath of Yahweh, inhaling the fullness of His Love and Mercy, and exhaling the debri residing due to negative thoughts not held captive. Ahhhh, I begin to feel His strength, His cathartic essence.
Let's examine some of His nutritional sustenance, ya wanna?
3 John 1:2 reads, Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well.
Proverbs 17:22 reads, A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones
Jeremiah 33:6 reads, Nevertheless, I will bring health and healing to it; I will heal my people and will let them enjoy abundant peace and security.
Proverbs 16:24 reads, Gracious words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.
Psalms 3:3 reads, But You, O Lord , are a shield about me, My glory, and the One who lifts my head.
Psalms 63:8 reads, My soul clings to You; Your right hand upholds me.
Psalms 89:15 reads, How blessed are the people who know the joyful sound! O LORD, they walk in the light of Your countenance
Lamentations 3:24 reads, "The Lord is my portion," says my soul, "Therefore I have hope in Him”
It would take me a great deal of time bringing forth every encouraging word provided in the God inspired truth of Him. I am just finding great deal of edifying direction in my spirit, leading me to His loving kindness.
Psalms 143:8 reads, Let me hear Your lovingkindness in the morning; For I trust in You; Teach me the way in which I should walk; For to You I lift up my soul.
I feel a shift, a sweet beautiful touch of His garment caresses the wellness of my soul. I direct my focus on Him; the remembrance of His working in every circumstance brings such hope and joy. We are beyond blessed tapping into the One who knows our tendencies and our makeup best, our Creator. Our experience does include a mindset; the healthiest, most workable kind of mindset, in my humble opinion, encompasses a complete dependency on Him, leaning on Him, walking in His victory alone. I am feeling so much better in every way…
Praise the Lord!!!
