We Have Only To Open Our Hearts,

There is no place in existence where God isn't. All we
need to do is say is: here I am Lord, What do you want
of me and then surrender to Him. Not all, but many of
our problems and difficulties come from a lack of prayer
and meditation. A loss of focus on our Lord which is a
loss of the graces He pours out upon us. A prayer life
is very necessary to grow in spirituality and love in order
to come closer to Him. Many would say "I don't have
enough in my day for prayer". I would say it is a path of
separation from Christ if we don't pray. Meditation is the
language that connects to God. To put ourselves in His
presence and allow Him to totally fill our hearts and our
minds. As well as a special time for prayer, we can have
little prayers during the day, even a minute or so. Instead
of thoughts of the flesh, turn to the presence of the Spirit.
Any time is a good time for prayer so why not.

Beautifully explained, especially about meditation. God bless you and keep up His works. You are a true vessel of His bounty..
