I think i recall such a verse in the bible but i cant find it, if there is such a verse how do you contrast that beside for example lazarus who indeed fell ill?

It was made concerning eternity.. And maybe the millenial age? (I know we are told then the lion and lamb will lve in peace and the child can be with all of them and not fear because the earth has been restored to its intended state) However, It was never promised in the current age or the past..
