1 Peter 3:18-20 (KJV)
18 For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit: [that is Born Again, the Baptism that SAVES]
19 By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison;
20 Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water.

1 Corinthians 12:13 (HCSB)
13 For we were all baptized by one Spirit into one body—whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free—and we were all made to drink of one Spirit.

Christian Water Baptism is only a Picture and Public Identification, of what the Holy Spirit did by IMMERSING you into the Spiritual Body of Christ, TRUE SALVATION.
I wasn't talking about water baptism at all brother.

I hear you brother. Unless Scripture is clear on a passage being an allegory or metaphor, I do not believe we have the authority to assign it as a metaphor. Allegories do violence to the Word. In essence WE decide what is and what is not true. I would rather be too literal, then mess with God's Word.
True but we could say having a bed so large ment he was really fat . I can’t say with certainty about how tall , fat , wealthy,or how many children on that he had a big heavy duty bed . It dose mean something or it won’t be in scripture. So I look at the time and audience of the scriptures were first written for . Thinking what did this mean for the first folks that read this . All good though . I love those details in the Bible it drive me deeper .
Blessings

Half shmalf brother, it's still the same thing.

Come on bro, stick with sound doctrine.
I know. I know. People don't like this stuff.

If possible, even the elect will be deceived. (I don't think it possible)

There is some serious cheese coming down the pike in the very near future.

We have the Vatican saying they would baptize an alien. The U.N. opening a dept. that will be responsible for greeting the aliens. More and more sightings being reported. Abductions with sexual experiments going on, indigo children.

This alien deception will be demonic. We should be prepared when it happens to reassure believers that these entities are demonic, yet Jesus's pray of our safety from the evil one still stands.

Again, I think this would be a stretch, The bible does not mention his genes.

In the NT we are told to be perfect as our father in heaven is perfect. Same word. I believe same context.

Noah was not any less a sinner than anyone else. But something seperated him from everyone else. What was that thing that made him “perfect” and the others not perfect?
Where do you think the word genes comes from brother?

You're reading Scripture via a presupposed assumption.

It's not tough stuff it's hogwash. Obviously you picked up on this from someone else or others. Who is it or who are they?
Well... Jude is the Lord's brother. I don't think he is hogwash. He tells us why they are in chains in Tartarus.

Earlier, you said no blood atonement was made for the Nephilim. This is Keniteish doctrine that Arnold Murray, his son Dennis and the Shepherd’s Chapel are advocating. They said the Kenites were the offspring of Eve and the Serpent as Cain was their patriarch. None of these will saved throughout all time.

You are saying the exact same thing, just saying these Nephilim will not be saved just because they were born Nephilim.

It’s a serpent Seedish doctrine you’re advocating my friend.

what? this has clearly always been a predestination thread....
God bless Dcon for allowing deviations!

We'll get back to hammering those that want to earn their salvation soon enough!

First I gotta convince P4T that Angels saw some hot womens and couldn't control themselves!

Well I had to look it up because I was not sure.

From what I found, It comes from the german word “gen” which is defined to mean “that which Produces” also found in the latin Gene or greek Genus to be born or produced. From where the term “kin” (Ancestors) is founded

So I answered. Of course you don't like my answer, but that's moot.

Now tell me why the Angels are in chains in Tartarus right now. What was the offense they committed?
Seeing only 8 survived the flood, where did these Nephilim come from in Numbers 13:33?

They would have had to come through Noah or one of his step sons seed. And thus would still be with us today.
