I've heard good things about those... of course, anything Miculek approves of is bound to be worth it.... I had thought about a Mossberg, but had been sort of hankering to try one of the Stoegers. I've been wanting a recoil operated shotgun ever since I saw a demonstration video of the Benelli.
I really like the JM Tactical.....it cycles 10 off with no issue.....a little heavy for some maybe, but hardly any kick IMO........

Gun loving Christians. Strange. Very strange.
Here we go again.... lol.... ;)

So, sis... why are we strange?

Personally, I think people that obsess over sports are kind of strange. I mean, really.... watching grown men playing a game with a ball, trying to critically injure other grown men, just to keep possession of a ball? Literally idolizing the "good" game players? Treating the game players as if they are some kind of demi-god to be fawned over, held up as shining examples to our young people, while excusing their anti-social behavior? Ignoring their publicly known drug usage? I could go on and on.....

I will admit, though, that people that find Kimber revolvers attractive are kind of strange... :p

Ha! Well said hornetguy, I recall Tom Landry responding once
on the question of what professional football did for public health? "absolutely nothing, professional football consists of 22 men needing rest being watched by 70,000 people needing exercise.
The shooting sports have been vilified in this present, leftist controlled propaganda media swamp we have today, to the point we need to accept, if the left wants it, it can't be right.

Any sport that can draw young people together to be mentored in righteousness can be used for the kingdom of G-d.
The shooting sports do just that, no wonder the left dislikes and attacks it.

This is cheap! Is it entirely made in the USA?
As far as I know it is made entirely in the USA. I bought one almost 2 years ago. The upgraded newer model 2.0 series and it was on sale for $400.

Chances are Smith over manufactured and ended up with a boat load of them sitting in a warehouse and Cabella's was willing to take them off their hands.

The Trump Presidency combined with Republican control of both houses wasn't good for firearm manufacturers. Since there hasn't been an "eminent threat" of major gun control, gun sales have dropped significantly. Even now that the Dems control the house they still won't be able to push any significant gun control past the Senate in which case gun sales will remain stagnant. Put a Dem back in the White House and gun sales will climb again.

Remington filed for bankruptcy last year because their sales plummeted by 25% after Trump was elected.

I thought that was justice being visited on them for trashing the companies they bought, H&R, Marlin, etc.

My first gun was a Spencer 22.caliber, a bolt-action single shot. That gun slew a plethora of deer.

Oyster mentioned a mens forum, I suggested we resurrect this gun thread. Any men interested in perhaps using this as a point men can congregate?

It will do it for sure, I've heard it said there isn't an animal on the face of the earth that hasn't been harvested with a 22.
