I have noticed a lot of people defend porn on here...
The people that, as Christians, that believe porn is ok, not sin.... If you knew those women/men, little girls/little boys are sex trafficked would you think it was sin then? Unless you like geriatric porn....

To be honest I do not expect any responses from porn watchers, but I hope you read this and are CONVICTED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT!!!!

Doubtful anyone will be convicted as nothing was really said.
But i haven't seen a lot of porn supporters on this site, at least not among regulars. Sometimes we get randoms that come through, and not all are Christian, perhaps those are who you're running into?

If you want to make a more convincing post there is a Lot of information out there about the porn industry. Gathering the statistics, psychology, science and facts and putting them togethr in an easily readable format may be more productive than 'porn is bad'.

Silly person no human is convicted by another person or statics or facts... ONLY THE HOLY SPIRIT!!!!Is there something more convicting by G-d than women and men having un-martial sex, homosexual relations, sex with children and Christians jacking off to it?...

Actually many people, even non Christians are convicted by their own conscience. Human conditioning and being taught right from wrong as a child establishes a moral compass. The Holy Spirit works in the heart of the believers guiding our thoughts to align with the Lord, even without prior conditioning.

But I think your right and it is a good subject to bring up.

Hopefully the point you just mention can be seen by people that perhaps have defended the subject.

I haven’t seen people in the forum saying porn is ok. Perhaps some folks have said it in private conversations.

Now, some have posted about struggling with porn, but they have asked for prayer/help/advice in getting over the addiction.

No one will "struggle" with anything that he/she doesn't consider to be sin.

No one will ask for prayer to be freed from something that he/she doesn't see a problem with.

Do you struggle with pornography? It's a tough battle but it can be won. Sexually addiction like drug or alcohol addiction. It is a war, if you are to over come you will have to be brave and willing to go to great lengths to overcome, but you are not alone. Many of us at this for care and are willing to help.

No I personally do not. But I know what you say is true... I have posted on here my son who struggles with it's memory. He willing gave up his smartphone, and tablet, and moved the smart tv into my room (he has the old non-smart tv ow to watch)… But the memories of porn still plagues him. When I caught his porn, I made him pull it up and we laid hands on the screen together and pray for those women and men having sex with them... We prayed for their freedom of the sin of bondage, both sexual and financial… but it is my SHAME I DID NOT EVEN THINK IT THOSE PEOPLE WERE IN SLAVEY BY SEX TRAFERICKING!!!

My son's father left me because I took his porn magazine roiled it up and beat him like a dog with it!... Maybe not my finest moment...lol... I should have just left him…. could have won more in court...lol...

OP where was that thread I remmeber you posted a while back and musst have been shocked at some repsonses that implied porn was ok. Its no laughing matter. Yes vulnerable young women and even children are enslaved by it, theres a world trade in child trafficking, the pimps groom them when young.

Are you suggesting that there are no people aside from Christians who have a sense of right from wrong? We weren’t discussing salvation. We were on the topic of human trafficking, for the purpose of sex slavery. Most conviction especially for the unsaved masses has to do with programming the mind, from birth. If my dog gets food off of the table and I enter the room. The dog hunches over and hides, or goes to his cage (naughty spot). The dog has been convicted by his own conscience, unless you are suggesting he’s saved and was convicted by the Holy Spirit. Before I was saved, I still felt guilty for breaking the rules, or had empathy for mistreated people.
