The last of the messianic line after David I found is Zedekiah but no great repentance followed. I looked in the opposite direction. Seth had a son and named him Enos or Enosh from Gen. 4 26.

After a son was born to this man, men began to call upon the name of the Lord.
Hint: This man is part of the Messianic line.

You got it calibob!

Genesis 4:26 King James Version (KJV)
26 And to Seth, to him also there was born a son; and he called his name Enos: then began men to call upon the name of the Lord.

I like the chronological order style it's especially helpful to beginners. So after fire comes water. Let some nubies get the first crack at this one. Collate the order they appear in the bible. If it appears in multiple texts that's ok. The order will remain the same.

The Holy Spirit in the appearance of a Dove.
The iron ax head floated.
A rainbow.
crossing on dry ground.
Rivers of living water.
The dragon.

Have fun!

The Dragon stood on the shore of the sea. Rev 13. It was all water related. Some how the order I read in post #3,428 was different than the one that appeared when I pressed reply. I'll give you the dragon.

Next question please. Now it switched again. Somethings wrong!

Hey brother, Revelation 20:2 tells us that the dragon’s (“the serpent of old’s”) first appearance in the Bible (with human beings anyway) was in the Garden of God with our progenitors.

The next question is: When the New Jerusalem appears, it will not have a have a temple. Why?

Organize the following first to last if you will please. The theme is not so mythical creatures;
Unicorns
Talking serpents
Flying scorpions
Giants
Talking donkeys
Demons

Talking serpent - Genesis (was there more than one?)
Giants - Genesis
Demons/devils - Leviticus
Talking donkey - Numbers (was there more than one?)
Unicorn - Numbers
Flying scorpions? (do you mean flying locusts that sting like scorpions, or something else?) - Revelation

I was talking about revelations and my memory jumps from KJV (1611) to NIV and mine is different than my study partners. Unicorns were mentioned in Job also. Thanks! Have at it.

How could Ephraim and Manasseh (Joseph's sons) both be counted as tribes of Israel and there would still be 12 tribes?

Hi NotmebutHim, as far as the division of the Promised Land goes, the 12 tribes were these: Reuben, Simeon, Judah, Dan, Naphtali, Gad, Asher, Issachar, Zebulun, Benjamin, Ephraim, and Manasseh.

The tribes of Levi were priests w/o their own land/territory in Israel, as they lived among all the tribes and in all the lands/territories of Israel. And the tribe of Joseph became the tribe(s) of Ephraim and Manasseh instead.

So that is at least one way that it can be said there were 12 tribes in Israel.
