So the men made a power tool thread last year to discuss men stuff and power tools.
Although women could join in if they wanted as long as they stayed on topic.

I thought this year we could have a girlie thread and if the men have favourite
man bags or aftershave, favourite brands of razors. They could participate too!

(Psst I have a theory that men are actually more vain than women anyway. Lol).

Here is my favourite work bag, a leather shoulder bag.

It’s neat, smart and comfortable. But inside it’s like a Mary Poppins bag with lots
of pockets, zips, compartments etc. 😊. Can never have too many compartments
on a work hand bag!

I’m not that girlie myself, but if I could lay my hands on a super exclusive Gucci bag I wouldn’t exactly say no lol.

I have a work purse and a not work purse lol.

My work purse is big because sometimes I need to carry files. My not work purse is big enough to carry my wallet and chapstick. Lol

Does a backpack count as a manpurse? I have one I take to work with me that has my work laptop, journals, and other odds and ends I might need throughout the day.

Could do, a back pack is just a large handbag. Lol

Oh yes I’m forgetting that handbags in the UK, are called purses in the US.

We call this a purse. Something to put your money in.

You mentioned razors so I will mention the persona twin is my favorite razor blade because it works and I can get a hundred for less than $13.

Women use razors also. But they always seem to be way more expensive than those
for men.

(Obligatory chauvinist reply) Yes because women are so SENSITIVE and DELICATE and have to have really fine razor blades... :p

Okay, now the real reply: I think they make the same kind for men and women, color the women's pink and charge more. But that's just a guess because I've never tried women's razor blades. Also the good razor blades for men are also expensive... usually. You can get cheap ones but they pull at the hair and make little cuts on the face and... bleh.

These though, they are cheap AND give a good shave. You might try them. They fit the Gillette Vector handle (I think that's the name... I'll see if I can look up what handle I got to go with it, but it's a Gillette something.) Lemme know if you want to give them a try and I'll research. If nothing else I can look through my amazon.com purchase history to see what kind of handle I bought.

Right on, Hamarr.

I've carried a backpack almost everywhere I go since high school.

And, if I may, I highly suggest ones by L.L. Bean. They're pricey up front, but well worth it for anyone who is tired of having to replace theirs every year.

(What can I say. I'm tougher on my gear than a pack mule.) :)

Wait, what? How is a pack mule tough on gear?

I thought it was the person who was likely to have a pack mule who was hard on his gear... and hard on the mule...

That's funny... because I'm pretty sure that if you asked my family, they'd tell you that I AM the mule. ;)

I was never girlie either, then around my 40s I decided to stop
playing with train sets and foot ball and play at dressing up instead. Lol
