Do It All For The Glory Of God,

When we really grasp God's love for us and we develop
in His loving kindness, it almost seems to become a very
normal thing to do. But this is a reminder for us so we
stay vigilant and steadfast to God's glory. There is a time
to learn things and there is a time to do things. It doesn't
matter how big or small, we should do it with the love of
our Lord. This makes our light grow brighter and our load
become lighter. Yes my Lord I will do whatever you ask
because yours is the power and the glory. We don't want
to drift away from Him for very long although in the early
stages of our development we have uncertainties, that is
something that fades away in time. Then we are able to
embrace all that He is and embrace it heart and soul. It
is a beautiful world with God in it.

What do you guys think about when you think of doing something for the glory of God?
I am having such a struggle with walking in this freedom before Christ, and actually fullheartedly releasing myself into
the work I want to do, without having this sense of displeasement from God in what I do - I guess it is my heart condemning me,
but in almost everything I do - and it is exhausting.

A short while back I gave up almost everything I had, moved out of my apartment, quit well paying jobs, sold my belongings, rented a small storage space, stored some clothes there, bought a boat, so I could be free from the bondage of having to pay rent every month, and so that I could follow and do His work - then I quit another job, - and focused on what I thought was coming, and now I'm in this mess, and I guess I've been hearing him wrong..

So to live for His glory, my question then is...
Is He glorified by our sacrifice, or is he glorified by giving us our desires, since thankfulness is a good thing?
I have not dared hoping for the things that I personally wanted, that were my hearts desires.
These desires do give me much joy, but I haven't yet been able to see if He would be pleased with it.
For I guess it's not possible to work our way into the justification of God, when he is the one that justifies, this is how I've been going at it. I wanted to be a servant to all, but I completely ignored myself...

I may have been going at this the wrong way - sacrificing things for God, when He gave himself as a sacrifice for me, and my wellbeing.

Romans 8:32
32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?

I do want to lay down my life for my neighbor, and those around me - but I have to clean up the mess I've gotten into now,
and God says love your neighbor as yourself... Still trying to figure things out I guess, and find joy and peace in the things I do, knowing He is in it together with me.

You have not heard the voice of God. This is made obvious by your modalism heresy and denial of the true gospel. You need to repent friend, and trust soley in the true and living God. I pray that you will be enlightened by the scriptures to see the truth and to come to a true knowledge of Christ. I'd be happy to discuss this with you in private message if you'd like.

Everything that we do, no matter how trivial or menial it may seem can be done for the glory of God, especially when done with love in our hearts.
