This really was a miracle...I'm from KY too a few hours from where the little boy was found. I don't know if I would even be able to make it in these mountains for three days. The terrain is very steep and rough. It was also pretty cold here for the days he was lost.
So I know the Lord sure watched over that little guy.

And no one wanted to put the spelling reaction up huh? Won't let me do it to myself, lol. sometime I don't like spell check, b/c if it's correct spelling of A WORD it won't correct for you. I wish it would check the context of whats being typed THEN catch the boo-boos. oh well.-

Also, I don't mean to be negative but the fire department assistant chief seemed to show more emotion about the 2-year-old being lost and found than the father. The dad said he was "Tickled to death" that his son was found "Best thing that ever happened" to him.
I know guys tend to not be as...emotional...as women, but I expected something more from him. I mean, the assistant chief...a male stranger... CRIED.
Is it just me, or does it seem like the dad just wasn't as, um, concerned? Or is it just the way this article was reported?

Perhaps dad's faith and trust in G-d was such that he feared not, and that he knew from his faith walk that his prayers were fervent and effectual.
Perhaps also he was experiencing the peace that passes understanding that Christ alone can give and he was given the guidance from Holy Spirit the son would be ok.

I also wondered why the dad wasn't out looking for him. If it would have been my child, then there is no way I would have been sitting at home.
The KY State Police is still investigating, and I am interested in learning what their findings will be. It is strange that a child that age just walked out into the mountains alone. Where were his parents and why were they not watching him? Or worse yet did someone take him out there and leave him? I don't know, but it sounds a little strange to me.
