The Lord Almighty Is With Us,

Be still is a pleasing thought from God to us. Scripture
in another place says not to be anxious about anything.
Sometimes it hits us like a ton of bricks and we feel that we
are paralyzed. God says to be still even under the worst
conditions. Prayer and trust will be our guides toward
all things. First we need to become utterly silent so that
we have an open mind and an open heart. We need to
listen to God more than we need to talk to Him. We are
in His arms and He knows us intimately. So when we are
listening to Him, we are learning from Him and we learn
from Him because He is almighty. Always with faith we
pray also so that prayer brings peace and healing to us
and to ones we pray for. Trust and faith are absolutely
necessary.
