The torah condems because that was the purpose it was given. Because we can not keep it. Just one sin, no matter how small. Makes us guilty of the law

What was requried to restore us?

The law showed us that too. Animal sacrifice.

Do you have a priest that goes once a year to sacrifice for you? If not, Your doomed as long as you look to the law for salvation.

And lets be honest, Even if you were, Your doomed, Because the blood of bulls and goats can never take away sin. Your dead in your sin if you do not come to christ.
You remain dead in sin if you discard the Torah that reveals all that is sin.

Then by all means, clarify to us that you stand firm in the truth, must the Torah still be obeyed today, yes or no?
The torah can’t be obeyed

If we keep trying we will continue to fail. And what will that get us?

WHat must be obeyed is two commands

Love God with all your heart soul and mind

And love your neighbor (which is ANYONE you come into comtact at any given moment) as yourself (really above)

And to seek after the things of the spirit, and you will not fulfill the lusts of the flesh.

Paul made it clear, if your going to follow one aspect of the law. Your indebted to the whole law. You can not cut the law to peaces and then demand everyone obey it, It comes as a unit. You either keep it all included animal sacrifices and everything else. Or you look to a better covenant which God came to offer with his own blood.

No, the scriptures tell us that by the airflow of God we can have sin in the inward man cut away, which is what the circumcision of the heart is, through obedience to the commands of God and belief in Yeshuah. Yet if you believe the Torah has been done away with, and believe you are not required to stop sinning, your own deception prevents you from receiving the airflow that brings perfection that is thus required to inherit the kingdom of God.
Oh boy,

Dude, learn what sin is. Then come talk to me.

Because you have proven you do not understand what sin is. You may know what some overt sins are. But what causes those sins, and the meaning behind them, which in itself is sin, you have no idea.

You remain dead in sin no matter what you think of the torah.
By the law will NO MAN be justified.

You would be best to listen to paul. And stop listening to whoever has been teaching you.

Tell me, is this how you justify your sin?
Who
So why do YOU keep sinning by making up lies about me?
Listen, like I've told other people on here, if what I am accusing you of is not true, then by all means, affirm that these statements are true,

The Torah of God must still be obeyed.
We must stop sinning from now and onwards.
We are obligated to do good works.

But if you reject these statements, or refuse to affirm that they are true, then you yourself prove that the accusations I make against you are true, that you oppose these statements of truth.

So a baby christian who is just born again is perfect from that time forward.

Dude you have alot to learn.

Your right, They are all as guilty. Thats why ever moment of every day we must rely on the forgiveness which is in christ, Otherwise we will be lost, hopeless people who will just fall back in sin, because we eaither have to lie to ourselves (like you are doing) or give up. Why keep trying what it impossible.

Or learn to grow in grace and forgiveness as paul taught.
There is no forgiveness of sins of you do not actually stop sinning. Sure, the forgiveness is available, should you actually stop doing what you seek to be forgiven for. Otherwise you make out the forgiveness of God to be a license to continue sinning.

Who
She was accused of a particular sin

Jesus showed he even though the law condemned her and according to the law she shoudl be stoned, He was above the law and could forgive her.

Then he did what anyone would do. TOld her to go and do not do THAT SIN no more.

He never said if she did, she would lose her forgiveness.

And he never told her to go and never commit any kind of sin ever again, Thats your faulty reasoning which is not found in scripture. And is impossible
What do you suppose will happen should an adulteress woman who was forgiven once, yet continues committing adultery the rest of her life? I will give you a clue, "adulterers will not inherit the kingdom of God". Again, I repeat, there is no forgiveness of sins if you do not actually stop sinning from that point and onwards. Why is this so difficult to understand?

The Torah can be obeyed, which is why men of the scriptures were commended for their perfect obedience to the commands of God. Yet it is because of your disbelief and lack of understanding and lawlessness and refusal to stop sinning that you people say, "we cannot stop sinning".

So you stop sinning first, THEN you are forgiven.

Lolol

Then why are we told to be saved SO we can overcome sin?

Your putting the cart before the horse dude

if I can stop sining and in turn save myself. I do not need grace. Or mercy, and christ died in vein!

No, because freedom from sin exists, should you acquire knowledge of what sin is, through the Torah, which then leads to obedience to the commands of God, which then leads to belief in the Messiah, because the Torah points to the Messiah, which then leads to freedom from sin. But if you discard the Torah, you have discarded the very foundation that reveals all that is sin, and subsequently block yourself from the Messiah, even though you do believe in him, because of your refusal to obey the Torah.

You keep mentioning these overt sins dude. They do nto help you, and keep you from seeing truth.

Did abraham stop sinning after he was declare righteous? How about David, did he stop sinning after he was called a man after Gods own heart? How about Moses. Did he stop sinning after he was called? Noah, spared from the flood. Did he stop sinning? Peter. Did he stop sinning after he was made an apostle?

You sin every day but you can not understand this because YOU HAVE NO COMPREHENSTION of what sin is.

So you are just as guilty as that imaginary person who keeps commiting adulty. And you can nto even see it.

Your like the pharisee thankiing God your not like the sinner (adulterer)

When you become like the tax collector and get on your knees, to ashamed even to look up to heaven?

Remember,The pharisee did not go home justified.

Yes, you must stop sinning, hence "if we deliberately keep on sinning after receiving knowledge of the truth then there is no longer sacrifice for sins". Forgiveness of sins is contingent on you stopping sin.

Oh really?

Then when jesus was said to be the only one who ever fulfilled the law. He was a liar?

Where is your temple or tabernacle to make sacrifice? Prove you follow it all..

No, because he was the only one that never sinned. Everyone on earth has sinned, which is why we are called to "stop sinning". And even if we do stop sinning, we carry our past sins with us, that must be atoned for, which is why we need the Messiah, to atone for our PAST SINS, not to atone for our CONTINUAL sins, as if his blood is a license for us to continue sinning.

Yes freedom from sin exists. But not like you think

Freedom of sin comes from LOVE, we LOVE because God loved us first

Freedom of sin is found in the cross. Not in the torah.

Gal 3 19 What purpose then does the law serve? It was added because of transgressions, till the Seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was appointed through angels by the hand of a mediator. 20 Now a mediator does not mediate for one only, but God is one.

21 Is the law then against the promises of God? Certainly not! For if there had been a law given which could have given life, truly righteousness would have been by the law. 22 But the Scripture has confined all under sin, that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe. 23 But before faith came, we were kept under guard by the law, [f]kept for the faith which would afterward be revealed. 24 Therefore the law was our [g]tutor to bring us to Christ, that we might be justified by faith. 25 But after faith has come, we are no longer under a tutor.

Your going at it the wrong way man, Look to christ, for in him only will you find true freedom.

Um no

Because as john said, IF WE SAY WE HAVE (present tense) NO SIN, we decieve ourselves and there is no truth. And even showed that we have an advocate.

Why do we need a high priest and advocate if we are sinless.

What your saying makes no sense.

Dude your making me laugh, while at same time making me cry, It is hard watching someone who is so decieved that he is perfect and boasting in his own righteousness, and refusing to seek after the righteousness whcih can only be found in Christ.

It really is. It is heartbreaking.

Freedom from sin means sinning no longer, hence "any man who sins is a slave to sin, but if the son sets you free, then you will be free indeed" and "whoever is born of God cannot sin".

No, John meant if we say we have never sinned, then we deceive ourselves, because he would not otherwise contradict himself and say, "he who is born of God cannot sin" and "whoever sins has neither sin or known him". You twist the scripture to justify your own continual sin.

Thinking that you can carry on sinning and using belief as a justification for that continuance of sin is no righteousness at all, it is lawlessness. You deceive yourself.
