Hey guys this is a multi purpose, for prayer request and jokes.
First please pray for me, I have been trying to organize a hike from Ayr On, to Winnipeg MB. I did dry run Monday, (well I was going to make it the official start of it but had to return home to iron out a couple issues.)

The Hike is in support of the Cat Lake Community, which has been in a state of Emergency since January 2019, with about 90 homes full of black mold, and about 100 people suffering respiratory ailments, and about 3 people a day being medically evacuated from the community daily. There is also one person who has died from the mold, Cat Lake is a small rural native community in Northern Ontario and only accessible by air.

So on Monday, I made it as far as Guelph, and couldn't find a place to sleep, and spent the night on a bench in downtown, with my wagon. I learned that haulling a garden wagon full of supplies accross Ontario will not work, as it weighs about 100lbs, and is hard to control going downhill, plus a lot of people do not like it in their stores.

Also I was turned down from 2 hotels the first one because they were over booked and had no rooms, (Found out later it was more of a government funded shelter than anything.) the other was the most expensive hotel in Guelph with no front desk, they wouldn't let me stay there with out a credit card.

(Guelph is definatley not a tourist town.) lol. I found out when I got home the temprature that night was only about 4 degrees. So I am thinking that maybe using a covered gator would be a better way to go. A small machine, with an engine that does not go fast, and would still allow me to haul my food and supplies.

Also I came up with these while I was sitting on the bench in Guelph.
(Do you know why Guelph has a bar on every corner? To support the Country Music Industry)
Guelphs bathrooms are so private the only way you can use one is to RSVP.
Guelphs bathrooms are so private, that the only way in is to wear formal wear.
Why doesn't Guelph have any public washrooms? because it's so exclusive, you have to have a prefered customer card to live there.

You know what is funny? when you have $600.00 in cash and still can't find a place to sleep for the night.

It wasn't all bad, I mean the staff at the Home Hardware on Highway 24 were great, they definately have the friendliest staff in town. There was the firefighter at the Fire Dept HQ. Great guy, I wish he had been from that area,
He told me there was a Travel Lodge in the area, to take a tunnel, and it would take about 5 minutes to get there, I think I found that tunnel, but it was closed, and when I spoke to another person there was no travel lodge in the area.

There was one young lady who was kind enough to help me find the 2 motels I went too, she had her dog with her. I pray God blesses her for her help. The firefighter too, even though his help wasn't all that helpful, his heart was in the right place.

Whats really sad, the train station is really the only safe secure place in town for people to spend the night sleeping. when they have no where else to go.

I hope you already of pledges for this journey. I have driven through northern Ontario a few times. That was enough to make me go south of Lake Superior the next times I went east. Most boring country I have ever driven through. I can't begin to understand how anyone could walk it, pulling a trailer.

My advice is to not do it, or if you have to, go on a bike with saddle bags. God's blessings on you for trying to help these people. The sad thing is Trudeau giving money away to China, and every other country, when vets are homeless and the indigenous people are living in such bad conditions.

First thing that came to mind while reading this was that Mary & Joseph were unable to find any room at the inns too.
Lifting you up in prayer for guidance, provision and protection!

Yeah, but I wasn't going to be taxed and I don't have a girlfriend pregnant with the messiah lol. Thanks I appreciate that, I did end up taking a cab home, and waiting to hear back from John Deere about rentals, Ironically, the sales rep I spoke to is one of my fans lol.

Thanks for the advice, I think my biggest mistake is that I didn't try to barter a deal with the Amish people at the train station for a horse and buggy lol.

That was funny walking into the train station with my garden wagon full of supplies and seeing at the looks on the faces of the Amish family there. They might be Mennonite, I am not sure, the men had straw hats and the women had bonnets. You know you might be old school when your getting strange looks from the Amish lol.

I am waiting to hear back form the local John Deere Dealership about a rental Bobcat. A full cab would be ideal.

There are many old style Amish near Kitchener-Waterloo, as I remember from my time spent there. Maybe they were wondering if you were converting to their lifestyle? LOL

I do hope you get some help in this. And do remember to vote for a party that cares about Canada, not showing off for the UN. And a leader who is Canadian, not some kind of global elitist, who promised the indigenous people help, then gave it all away to other countries!

Yes, they are good. But right now, we need to get rid of Trudeau. So, I am voting Conservative. Trudeau must be stopped. I didn't know the CHP still was around. I considered voting for them when I lived in Alberta, but no one ran in my riding.

Many traditionally democratic countries where people are free of religious persecution are turning to Christian Political Parites around this globe. As if Jesus would condone the monarchy of Herod or the Empireof Caesar.

Always keep in mind that Jesus promised apostasy would prevail globally and we are to eventually have a one-world religion that will have nothing to do with the faith of Abraham as taught by Jesus Christ. If yoyu believe, follow Jesus, do not follow men waving banners with crosses. All blessings in Jesus Chrsit to all who love Him in spirit and truth.

I have the papers for starting an EDA at home. I agree treaudau must be stopped, a guy called doing a suvey for the government, I flat out right told him that Treaudau should be hanged for treason, for leagalizing marijuana.
