He Promises Peace To His People,

As our faith grows we hear God even more. We hear
more because we listen more. In earlier times we are
prone to chatter and sometimes even anger as we are
not yet ready to allow Him to be our guide. Instead of
hearing everything that is said and written with great
wisdom and understanding, we hear it with descent as
we are still hearing with our minds and not our hearts.
We don't need to tell the Lord much because He knows
our hearts but it is good for us to recall our good things
and bad so we are able to adequately adjust our way of
life to become like His and not our own. It is up to us to
follow Him and not our minds and grow day by day. He
sends out His Spirit to us so we can listen and we can
hear. With our hearts set on His love, we will develop in
faith and love of Him with increasing reassurance that
we belong to Him.

For prayer, if God say wait (not yet) or possibly "no"

The question will probably become "for now, what to pray for?" and that will be the most common question we will have during prayer
