I imagine your daughter is very precious and so blessed to have you as her Mama.
I will pray.
Boy does this resonate with me, not sure what exactly is haunting you, but Luke 7:36-50 helps me
and this does too.
“Do not call to mind the former things, Or ponder things of the past. Behold, I will do something new, Now it will spring forth; Will you not be aware of it? I will even make a roadway in the wilderness, Rivers in the desert.
Isaiah 43:18-19 NASB
I understand, really, and my heart reaches out to you in prayer.
Feel free to message me here if you want to talk, but consider seeking professional help as other things, like chemical imbalances might require addressing.
For me, being menopausal, this season has resurfaced many hurtful reflections.
Please don't be so hard on yourself. I want to encourag you to call out to Him, but also take care of you.
Get up and get out in the sun, if you are able. I have had a slow, work week, so I need to get up and do the same. I love to write and dance with His word, which is good but we need to get up and about.
Again, only if you are able. He can help you. Guilting yourself does NOT work, not for me anyway.
These things help guard my heart and mind.
Make sure you are putting a healthy balanced diet and water into your system. We need balance dear one. I say that to us both. I guess in order to be a doer, we need to be hearers, so let's both remember to spend time in His word and prayer.
Please do not overthink < the hammer is forever active in me brain, lol. I get it, but we need to be still and let go, not always easy, I know. We need to laugh and rest, brothers and sisters fellowship and gentle reproof help me with this one!!!
I know that I have done a lot of talking but I can listen too, if you just need jsomeone to care.
Before I go, let us, u and me, reflect and meditate on this...
Let your gentle spirit be known to all men. The Lord is near. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things. The things you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.
Philippians 4:5-9 NASB
He loves you SOOOOO MUCH!!!!!
Thank you for being brave enough to share and for caring so much for your daughter.
