Jesus said to the disciples " I am the way, the truth
and the life." Jesus was telling the disciples and us
that whatever you see in him, you see in the Father.
That means everything that Jesus says and does is
God. That is why Jesus also said "No one comes to
the Father unless he comes through me. This is the
point of His ministry when He clarifies that it is not
that He is greater than the Father but that whatever
we see in Him is the Father. Jesus is about to fulfil
all the law which was our guardian until Jesus came.
We will now live under grace. So whatever we do in
Christ we do in God. Jesus is the Shepherd who
brings the flock to the Father. So in Jesus by the law
being fulfilled, is simplified. For us through grace we
are saved and by following the two commandments
of Jesus, we follow all the commandments.
