Overwhelming anxiety!

Hello, please keep me in your prayers. I’ve been having such a rough time. 2018 was the worst year ever... my grandma passed away who I was very close to and my boy friend of 5 years broke my heart completely. These past 3 months out of no where I’ve been having such bad anxiety.. had two abnormal ekgs and I got so worried about it and they said I was okay because other test they ran. But I’ve had so many anxiety symptoms from chest tightness... to pain... little hard to breath and jaw tension. I’m trying so hard to overcome this. I let my problems go and I’m letting God handle it for me. Please pray that this nightmare will be over for me and finally I can have happiness... after so many rough years that I’ve gone through... I really need to see the light.

Quite a few members suffer from both acute and chronic anxiety so please know that you're not alone in this. Sorry about the boyfriend but at least it was not your husband who broke your heart. I pray that God lifts the cloud of anxiety that is hovering over you for your days to brighten. Hopefully, you will find comfort, support, and understanding from the members of this site.
