Call On Him While He Is Near,

Isaiah is calling on those who are wayward
and lost on the road to God. As well he is
calling on those who have never accepted
God. For them and for us the message is
no matter how far adrift we may have gone,
God will always be there. God is merciful
loving and kind. I've run across people who
feel that because they were lost in the Lord
for a long time that God abandons them and
there is no hope for them. That is far from
the truth. As the chapter goes along, God
says as the heaves are higher than the
earth; My ways are higher than your ways.
For those who are lost, it is time to repent.
Don't be afraid to come to Him, He invites
us to come to Him. Our God is a God of
forgiveness as it says over and over again
in scriptures.
