Friends doctor told my BP is high and he was giving medicines, but i refused and told i will do exercise.

I walked in the morning for about 30 minutes, but now i can feel, on my chest , my heart beating faster than normal.

Please pray that God will make my BP normal.

Thank you!

That's because exercise RAISES your blood pressure. :) There is a reason why it is high, and the doctor can address that using medicine.

That's great you are taking steps to lower your BP Levi. However, sometimes it's good to take BP lowering medicines as high BP can be very dangerous. It destroys all the vessels in your body, your heart, lungs etc and eventually over a long period of time, ruins all of your bodily organs. Taking medicine might be a good idea, but if you can't afford it, ask the doctors if they have any free samples at their clinic. Many doctor's surgeries keep free samples of different types of medicine. It's important to keep your BP down to an acceptable level at all times.

I’m praying for your healing and comfort, Levi. Also, please don’t ignore the doctor’s guidance.
