sorry Im not single but I used to play rugby and loved it.
Now I struggle to play even golf. I cycle and swim now. They are the easiest on my aging joints.

Football is my favorite but baseball is a close second. Was fortunate to play both when younger.

I played chess off and on for 20 years. Played hundreds of live games online, took some private chess lessons and read a few chess books. Not really sure if it's considered a sport. After all of that I kind of began to reach a somewhat expert level. Since then I've started feeling like it's idolatry, so I stopped playing.

I know most Americans like Football, ect., IMG_4218.JPG but I guess I'm a nonconformist. I like Cricket, it's played in Great Britain and India.

I used to love to play chess when I was a kid. My elementary school principal was really cool and would come in the class and play sometimes. As for Cricket, it looks fun but never have quite understood all the rules.

Baseball, because I played in the independent league until I we 42...
Really cool you got to play baseball that long. I remember my Dad talking about playing in the old Carolina League back in the 50s. I guess it was some sort of independent league too.

Rugby is a sport that I always wanted to play but wasn't around my area when I was in High School and by the time I got to college a back injury from playing football pretty much ended my contact sports career. I have always said Rugby players were the toughest guys around. Football but with no pads. As a side note, I used to have severe joint paint and stopped eating wheat of any sort and probably 90% of my joint issues went away. If I eat processed meat like corned beef etc. my gout will flair up. Sorry to hear about your joint pain.

Cool, I didn't realize that. Asheville is a beautiful area. I visited Colorado about 20 years ago and loved it. It wasn't very long after the new airport was built in Denver.

If we limit "sport" to its traditional meaning, then soccer is my favourite, far and away. If we include the broader definition such as 'everything on a sports network', then I'd add IndyCar racing. Whatever you do, don't force me to watch figure skating; I'd rather watch paint dry.

Basketball because in my country it seems like everyone loves basketball and you can find a basketball Court everywhere 😂

I also love to watch motorcycle stunts though it makes me gasp for air when watching 😲

Did you go to Carowinds much when you lived in Charlotte? I used to go when I was a kid and always think of Carowinds when someone mentions Charlotte.

Have you ever seen the videos of Evel Knievel ? He was the big motorcycle stunt guy when I was a kid.
