Then you do not believe in the Actual God that exists.. The God of Abraham.. The God of the OT and the NT.. You believe in your own created god..
I do indeed believe God exists.

God is holy, and cannot sin. He cannot lie (Hebrews 6:18; Titus 1:2). Also, since God is eternal by nature (Psalm 90:2) He cannot stop being God. He cannot deny Himself (2 Tim. 2:13). He cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He tempt anyone with evil (James 1:13).

That's all true.. But you have decided that a few of the things God ordered in the OT which where His righteous judgements upon evil nations to be acts of evil... Thus in effect you declare God evil and disbelieve His Word..

The way you think is right is leading you to death..

Proverbs 14: KJV
12 "There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death."

Please do not confuse punishment or retribution with evil, but rather the correction of evil.

1 Samuel 16:14-15 King James Version (KJV)

14 But the Spirit of the Lord departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the Lord troubled him.

15 And Saul's servants said unto him, Behold now, an evil spirit from God troubleth thee.

Does the above Scripture mean that Elohim/God can be Evil? If Elohim/God cannot be Evil, does that mean he is not omnipresent, omnipotent and omniscient? Can anything exist outside of Elohim/God?

Ephesians 4:6 King James Version (KJV)

6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

Romans 3:29 King James Version (KJV)

29 Is he the God of the Jews only? is he not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also:

Any takers for the quoted questions above? https://christianchat.com/threads/reconciling-scripture-bible-as-unified-whole.188447/post-4079556

Elohim/God is the Elohim/God of the Gentiles also. That is True Monotheism.

It means that God can allow evil to happen.. One look around the world around you will show you that God allows evil to happen.. Of course there will be judgement upon the evil... As for the evil spirit.. there are angels aligned with satan who would be willing to go and trouble Saul.. In the Book of Revelation God allows the bottomless pit to be opened up and evil spirits to come out and bring great suffering on mankind.. It is a form of punishment..

Job 1:12 King James Version (KJV)

12 And the Lord said unto Satan, Behold, all that he hath is in thy power; only upon himself put not forth thine hand. So Satan went forth from the presence of the Lord.

Elohim/God is in full control of the Devil/Satan and Devil/Satan is wielded as Elohim's/God's instrument to punish Evildoers and to try/test the Saints. Is the instrument an attribute of Elohim/God? Are you saying that Elohim/God cannot be Evil?

Matthew 27:23-24 King James Version (KJV)

23 And the governor said, Why, what evil hath he done? But they cried out the more, saying, Let him be crucified.

24 When Pilate saw that he could prevail nothing, but that rather a tumult was made, he took water, and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, I am innocent of the blood of this just person: see ye to it.

Given that Yeshua's/Jesus's Will is in complete subjection to Elohim/God, it means that Yeshua/Jesus Created Evil. What Evil does he create in his ministry? Yeshua/Jesus being Sinless and Innocent, how could he have Created Evil?
