Luke 4....
18 “The Spirit of the Lord is on me,
because he has anointed me
to proclaim good news to the poor.
He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners
and recovery of sight for the blind,
to set the oppressed free,
19 to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.”
Then said:
20 “Today this scripture is fulfilled in your hearing.”
All this things are conditional with believing and making Jesus our/your personal Lord/Savior.... But what a Friend/ Great God/ Savior when we do!!!!

Hello @know1, I'm a bit confused about what you'd like us to discuss 
Perhaps you could elaborate a bit? For instance, when you say, "God's Faith", what are you referring to? (God has certainly demonstrated that He is "faithful" .. e.g. 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24, Lamentations 3:22-23, but I don't believe that He has any need for "faith", does He)

The covenant of works, or the mosaic covenant WAS conditional YES, if you do this you will get these blessings. If you dont you get these curses.
We are in the new covenant right now, LETS LOOK AT IT:
Heb 8:10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:

Isaiah 46

What I was asking was, are the gifts God has given to man, such as the ones listed above, obtained and kept unconditionally, or are there things we need to do to obtain, keep, and live in, them?
I wasn't asking about God's faith He both has and uses, but the faith He gave us.
Just as our righteousness is not our own, neither is our faith.
It too is a gift of and from God.
Would it be possible for a believer in Christ to lose said faith?
Mar 11:22 And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.
The words, "Have faith in God", is also translated, "Have the God kind of faith", or "Have the faith of God".

Basically, Jesus was saying to Peter, "This is how you use the faith of God" or "This is how the faith of God works".
So how do we obtain this faith and do we have to do anything to walk in or keep it, or is it in us regardless of what we do?
Gal 5:1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.
Gal 5:2 Behold, I Paul say unto you, that if ye be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing.
Gal 5:3 For I testify again to every man that is circumcised, that he is a debtor to do the whole law.
Gal 5:4 Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.
Still looks conditional to me.

Remember that John also repeatedly says that whosoever believes in Jesus has eternal life. See John 5:24, 10:28 among other verses.
So you see there is the different parts of Gods relationship to someone.
At salvation He commits to us thru thick and thin by the in dwelling of the Holy Spirit.
Our closeness though in relationship to God is conditional though on our following Him by His commandments. So the verse you posted comes in there.

Why do you believe that.
Joh 14:21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.
Joh 14:22 Judas saith unto him, not Iscariot, Lord, how is it that thou wilt manifest thyself unto us, and not unto the world?
Joh 14:23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.
Joh 14:24 He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me.
Joh 15:9 As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love.
Joh 15:10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.
In other words, if you don't KEEP God's word in your heart, you will NOT abide in His love.
Even Jesus was subject to the Father's conditional love. If the word God didn't abide in Jesus, then He would not have abode in God's love, even as we would not if we don't keep His word.

Failing to abide in God's love does not necessarily mean one has lost their salvation each time they failed to abide in God's love.
Even as we go in and out of the kingdom and grace of God, we do the same concerning the love of God.
It is written, "God so loved [the people of] the world, that He sent/gave His only begotten Son into the [natural] world" to save them from their sins. Right?
But how many of those He loves actually go to heaven?
Not many.
Again, it is already written, in order to abide in God's love, one MUST KEEP the word of God.
That is a condition, is it not?

The word of God is FULL of "IFS"!
So many want to bypass that little two letter word and apprehend the ways and promises of God.
It isnt possible, though they claim it with their mouths.
If you DO NOT meet the conditions in the word you do not receive the blessings either.
However the rain falls on the just and unjust.
Our objective is to please Him by obeying,trusting and living as He commands!
