There may be a number of reasons for Cats being here but I believe the main one is to antagonise Dogs;)

You will only see Dogs searching for Drugs. If authorities used Cats they would only end up with piles of Cat Nip

There are a lot of humans also searching for drugs! Cats are law abiding citizens! Searching for cat nip is legal! :)

I have to love my yellow cat. When I walk out on the porch every morning, she has brought me breakfast. As long as she's alive I'll never go hungry.

I have 4 cats and they are all so affectionate with me. They are indoor outdoor cats and when they are inside they like to cuddle up to me. Most of them sleep with me. I never had any troubles with any of them. My Siamese is 14 yrs old and still very affectionate and playful. Also I have 4 dogs and they all get along quite well.

He probably read the writings of Saint Bernard the obscure who had a particular dislike of Cats having been imprisoned in a Cattery
for several years by Felix the Roman Governor of Catalonia.

Actually St. Bernard liked cats. He had a very big heart. In fact everything about him was big! He could empty a large of bowl of Purina in no time. ;)
